INDEPENDENCE PRECISION MACHINING, LLC
Thank you to Mr John Wycoff and all of the employees at Independence Precision Machining, LLC providing the CNC machining and manufacturing services of our critical components of Washing Machine; training our team members in machining and quality assurance processes; and providing a hands on experience that was critical to the final tuning and build of our robot.
Independence Precision Machining, LLC provides CNC machining, prototype manufacturing and production. IPM equipment includes CNC turning capacity to 30 inches and High Speed CNC milling, both vertical and horizontal with full 4th axis capabilities.
STAGE 1 TOOLS
Thank you Stage1 Tools, and its owner Mr Phil Agnew for providing a generous grant of Snap On Tools. Stage1’s donation of tools and workstation were critical in putting together the Washing Machine and making repairs under the pressure of our first tournament!
NATIONAL Tooling & machining ASSOCATION/NRL
Thank you to NTMA for providing a critical grant to kickoff our National Robotics League combat program. With the support NTMA’s grant and guidance, PART was able to design, build, and test its first 15 lb combat robot in October 2019 - and now we are hooked!
The National Robotics League is a manufacturing workforce development program of the National Tooling & Machining Association (NTMA) where students design and build remote controlled robots (Bots) to face-off in a gladiator-style competition.
The Robotics Education & Competition (REC) Foundation has graciously provided PART with a Team Grant to support the start of our new VEX competitive program. PART is fielding 3 VEX teams for the 2018-2019 Turning Point game — Team 81818A, 81818S, 81818X
