PART - Placer Advanced Robotics and Technology is an independent 501c3 non profit organization that supports high school age students pursuing competitive robotics and exploring other technology related activities. In its role, PART promotes, encourages, and advances STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) education, outreach, and awareness for high school students in Placer County, California. Robot sports and competitions combine teamwork, communication and leadership skills with science and technology.

PART members compete and solve game challenges by combining skills and experiences of cross-disciplinary teams from fields such as engineering, programming, business, marketing, finance, math, and material science.

Think of PART as the varsity high school or year-round club level sport for students with a passion for technology. PART allows students to develop strong social networks; build leadership, teamwork and communication skills; share seasonal triumphs or daily successes; and commiserate and support each other on those days that literally everything goes wrong. Our team members engage with positive attitudes and balance their drive for success with having fun with their teammates and competitors.

Placer Advanced Robotics & Technology is a community based organization that supports robotics in Granite Bay, Loomis, Rocklin, Roseville and the surrounding areas
